     Get it from Nexus Mods. (link on the download button ^^ ) Generic... Just drop the decompressed downloaded file  into your mods folder... Which should be into your PCBANKS folder (Search for that and create the mods folder yourself in case this is the first mod you get to use)... in there should NOT be a file called DISABLEMODS.TXT, destroy or keep
