      As I trundle through the MBIN files extracted from “NMSARC.25E773B8.pak”, I came across this gem of a file.

      Of course, debug options are always great as they usually allow weird stuff to happen, or allow cheating – here’s some strange things I found (that someone with more knowledge might be able to mod correctly):

      How did unpack the mbin file? I’ve tried every way given in this forum but tools creating empty txt files.

      MBINCompiler – it only worked for this file and 2 others though

      How do people create mods then if nothing can’t be open?
